Tongue-in-cheek pangram

A pangram is a phrase that uses all the letters in an alphabet. A perfect one wouldn't double any of the letters, but it's just about impossible to do that in English while still making sense.

SeaMonstr Interview

The first-ever interview with someone putting up "urban art" on campus. Find out more about the infamous character known as Cmonstr (Sea Monstr)! [You can find more of this character here]

Bow

Mid-way through last quarter, I was walking around campus between classes, and found a Dalek stencil just beneath the PAC. About a week later, my friends and I were in the library at night, and we'd never gone in the 80s-looking elevator, so we did. What we found was a Minotaur.
It wasn't until just recently that I figured that both were presumably made by the same artist. I now refer to this artist as Bow--so called because of the little black bow on or near the works I've seen.

Lzr Mtn

Lzr Mtn, or Lazer Mountain has been doing a lot of sticker / stencils on campus lately. Back at the beginning of December, I stumbled across two of his pieces on South campus. It seems as though the stencil was created on a computer or photographed, and then printed onto a really glossy paper / sticker.

Eyes

Started seeing these tags in chalk all over campus near the end of last quarter. The majority I've found are in chalk, with a few in marker. Also, they can be found on their own, or next to stickers and stencils--I'd assume as a signature.

CMonstr

Originally I came across CMonster while walking through The Ridge early last month. At first it was the "spiky, beat-up monster" all over, and then I found an image connecting the monster with the name CMonstr.

A few days later (Nov. 10), I was noticing CMonstr tags on North Campus, near the Viking Commons. Prolific amount of tags within The Ridge, and a slow spreading to all points of campus. I wouldn't be surprised to see them in Downtown Bellingham, either.

Below are a ton of pics from The Ridge--I'll point out any that aren't.

NMLE

In October I started seeing name bombs of what looked to be everything from "NMLE" to "NMW" to "NMle" all over campus. At first it was just sporadically, but lately its been a more and more common occurrence. For the most part I encountered it mainly near South Campus, but it has since spread to almost every part of campus. It wasn't until November 13 that I realized what it really was.

The tag NMLE is actually a reference to a sticker on campus with a gorilla and very long and spidery font saying Anemelly. On the lower right of the sticker there's the abbreviation NMLE. Who knows if this is the same person, or if the abbreviation / name is just being used, but it is now all over campus.

Further investigation shows that NMLE (Anemelly) is actually a clothing brand with a Facebook page, as well as a Tumblr blog.
